ABOUT BBD

 Domonic is a native of Kansas City Missouri. He started a passion of cooking for his family and soaked in the happiness of seeing the smiles of satisfaction on their faces. In 2009 he and his family relocated to Texas to start a new journey. Throughout time Domonic’s passion for Barbecue enlarged. He began cooking for family and friends. That converted to catering for friends of friends, neighbors, co-workers and beyond.
 
In 2022 he was then fueled with the fire he needed to start his restaurant. With the love and support of his wife and kids at his side, he set out to bring his dream to reality.  In March 2023 he and his wife opened the doors of their restaurant, Branded By D. BBQ. They were welcomed by the community in the best way. Neighbors and locals brought in Texas favorites for the walls such as souvenirs, pictures, Cowboys merch and more.
 
Since then they have taken Domonic’s dream and catapulted through their journey catering for some of the best corporate events, and weddings. His wife, a self taught Brand Ambassador keeps BBD’s aesthetic to date by capturing their menu items on camera, showing the best side of BBD.
Both Domonic and his wife created the brand with 3 thoughts in mind.
